Getting Started

How do I connect to Ashfall?
Download our client from the Download page, then set your realmlist to: set realmlist 45.138.48.138 in your realmlist.wtf file located in your WoW/Data/enUS (or enGB) folder.
What expansion is Ashfall?
Ashfall runs on World of Warcraft: Cataclysm patch 4.3.4 (build 15595).
What are the server rates?
Instant 85 - Characters start at max level.
1x Honor/Conquest - Earn PvP currency at normal rates.
Instant Professions - Use the Profession NPC to learn any profession at 525.
Is the server PvP or PvE focused?
Ashfall is primarily a PvP server. We offer instant max level, full PvP gear, arenas, battlegrounds, and a dedicated duel zone. PvE content (Dragon Soul) is also available.

Gameplay

Where do I get gear?
Use the Teleporter NPC to go to the Mall. You'll find vendors with full Cataclysmic Gladiator gear, weapons, and accessories.
How does the 1v1 Arena work?
Find the 1v1 Arena NPC in the mall. It creates a solo arena team (uses the 5v5 slot) and queues you against other solo players. Note: Healers and tanks are restricted from 1v1.
How do I watch arena matches?
Use the Arena Spectator NPC to watch any ongoing rated arena match. You'll be invisible and can fly around the arena.
What is the Duel Zone?
A dedicated area for dueling. Use the Teleporter NPC to get there. Your HP and mana reset after each duel.
How does cross-faction chat work?
Use .w <message> or type in channel 4 (/4) to chat with both Alliance and Horde players.
How do I get professions?
Find the Profession NPC in the mall. You can instantly learn any profession at max skill (525), including specializations like Gnomish/Goblin Engineering.

Account & VIP

How do I become VIP?
VIP status can be purchased through our donation system. VIP members get access to the VIP Mall and a special chat tag.
Can I change my character's race or faction?
Race change services are available. Check the shop or contact a GM for assistance.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
Contact us on Discord for password recovery assistance.

Rules & Support

What are the server rules?
No hacking, botting, or exploiting. No account sharing or multiboxing. Respect other players. English in global channels. No advertising other servers.
How do I report a bug?
